**Overview:** We are seeking a motivated Route Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales through excellent customer service and sales techniques. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with customers, this role is for you. **Duties:** - Drive designated routes to deliver and sell products to customers - Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow customer accounts - Utilize sales techniques to promote products and increase sales - Organize and merchandise products at customer locations - Set pricing in line with company guidelines - Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery, and inventory **Experience:** - Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred - Strong organizational skills to manage route efficiently - Basic math skills for pricing and inventory management - Commercial driving experience is a plus - Familiarity with route driving is advantageous Join our team as a Route Sales Representative and take the next step in your sales career.
